A widget that renders form based on slug from a form built in the FormBuilder Module, used in combination with the FormBuilder Module it will allow you to create forms and display them on your ContentBox pages. Both the ContentBox FormBuilder Module and ContentBox FormBuilder Widget are required for forms to be rendered.  Forms are rendered with the following syntax.  

Forms are built from the Form Builder menu item on the ContentBox Modules screen that will be available after the FormBuilder Module is activated.
