A-to-Z Browse/Paging Plugin

A plugin that generates an A-to-Z paging style list to enable browsing of a large set of data in a directory format.

Can be used in conjunction with Luis's excellent Paging plugin (can inherit the style from the pagination class), enabling paged datasets filtered by an alpha character.

Thanks to Luis for inspiration via the Paging Plugin!
- Copy the plugin into your plugins directory.
- Copy or include the CSS styles into your layout.

In your View:
#getMyPlugin("atoz").render(rc.myDataSet)#

Where rc.myDataSet is the array of objects.
