A plugin that generates an A-to-Z paging style list to enable browsing of a large set of data in a directory format.
Can be used in conjunction with Luis's excellent Paging plugin (can inherit the style from the pagination class), enabling paged datasets filtered by an alpha character.

- Copy the plugin into your plugins directory.
- Copy or include the CSS styles into your layout.
In your View:
